Return Policy

30-Day Return Process

We are confident you'll be satisfied with your purchase, but if you aren't we're ready to assist with a return and timely refund. You can return anything from your order within 30 days of the date of delivery. Returned products must be in original, unused condition with tags and labels still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return that is not in this condition. We'll notify you if we do not accept your return and send your product back to your shipping address.

We'll apply credit for the returned items in the same method you used to make your purchase within 15 days of receiving and processing your return. Refunds include the full value of the product, but not shipping and handling fees.

If returned merchandise is received after 30 days from the order delivery date, you will be offered a store credit to be used at performancefooting.com  for the same value as the returned merchandise (less original order shipping charge). Returned merchandise received 31 days or more past the original order date will be subject to a 7% restocking fee. In no cases, will returns be accepted after 90 days from the date your order was placed.

To return anything ordered from our site, simply call to contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-698-7760  at any time if you have any further questions about your order or email us and we will attempt to answer your inquiry immediately.

Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please file a claim with the freight company, after inspecting your order upon arrival. We inspect each order prior to shipping with the freight carrier, to inspect for any damage prior to accepting the shipment.
