Conterra arena drags and attachments supplied through Performance Footing® are covered for manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage period and specific terms appear on each unit's documentation — keep your serial number and original invoice.
- Frame and structural welds
- Hitch and tow components under rated load
- Factory-installed wear components per documented intervals
What's not covered
Standard exclusions apply: damage from misuse, modification, accident, or use outside the equipment's rated capacity. Routine wear items — tines, blades, and surface-contact components consumed in normal operation — are not covered under defect warranty but are stocked for fast replacement.
How to file a claim
Contact our service team with your serial number, original invoice, photos of the issue, and a brief description of how the equipment was being used at the time. We aim to respond within one business day and authorize repair or replacement through the closest service partner.

Where do I find my serial number?
On the manufacturer's plate riveted to the main frame, near the hitch. Take a photo when you take delivery.
Do I have to ship the unit back?
Usually no. Most claims are resolved with photos and a regional service partner visit. We only request return shipment for major structural claims.
