Builders are independent contractors who contract with clients directly. Performance Footing is not a party to the build.
Performance Footing provides clients with consistent, high-quality footing products and installation best-practice guides. Site work and installation are performed by the independent contractor the client hires.
When a client requests a turnkey path, we'll refer them to an independent builder — including our partner Ground Shapers, who works across many regions. Builders run their own businesses and contract with the client directly.

Does Performance Footing install arenas?+
No. Performance Footing is a manufacturer. We supply footing products, additives, and base stabilization — installation is performed by an independent contractor the client hires. On request, we can refer clients to an independent builder; the builder contracts with the client directly.
Who can apply to be a partner builder?+
We welcome contractors, landscape professionals, excavators, and arena construction specialists with experience in grading, base preparation, and surface installation. You don't need to be an equestrian specialist — we provide the footing knowledge. You bring the construction skills and run your own business.
Is there a cost to be listed?+
No. There is no fee to apply or to be listed. We invest in our independent builder partners because quality installation matters to our clients — and to us.
What regions need installers?+
We're adding qualified independent installers across the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Oceania, and South America. If you operate in a region where we have clients, we'd like to hear from you.
How are installers matched with projects?+
When a client requests an introduction, we match based on geographic proximity, project scope, builder availability, and required skills. The builder then contracts directly with the client.
What kind of projects will I work on?+
Projects range from private backyard arenas and boarding facility upgrades to show venue construction and institutional builds. Scope includes base preparation, drainage, footing installation, and sometimes full arena construction from the ground up.
Do I need equestrian experience?+
No. Many partner builders come from general excavation, landscape construction, or grading backgrounds. We provide footing specifications and product guidance — you provide the construction expertise.
