Easy installation
Charge and Power On
Top up over USB, then press On/Off. The unit shuts itself down after 30 seconds idle.
Pick a Mode
Press Mode to cycle the three fixed recovery settings. Mode 1 runs 10 minutes; Modes 2 and 3 run 5.
Place the Plate
Hold the emitting plate flat against the muscle group you're treating. Wear the supplied goggles.
