Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders are shipped by freight services which require more time for transit than normal package delivery services. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email and/or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
PerformanceFooting.com ships to addresses within the U.S. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
PerformanceFooting.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Receiving Your Order
Your freight shipper will call to make a delivery appointment so be sure to provide a good telephone number for this purpose. Please ensure your availability to meet the truck, inspect the items and sign to accept delivery. Freight may be returned or storage charges may accrue if your order is not received within 72 hours of notification.
PerformanceFooting.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
For orders outside of the U.S., please note that shipping rates will change and need to be quoted on a case-by-case basis. A representative will contact you to provide details about the shipping costs and allow you to cancel the order or proceed. Shipping charges generated within our shopping cart and on our website are for the contiguous United States only. We encourage our customers to use our online service but be advised that additional shipping charges may be assessed and would require payment prior to shipping. If you have any questions, please email or call prior to ordering.
Return and Refund Policy
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped or request to return your order for a refund, you must return the product unused, in its original undamaged packaging, at your own expense. Once received back to our warehouse, your return will be inspected and you will be contacted within 3-5 business days alerting you of the acceptance of the return.
All post-shipment cancellations and other refunds are subject to a 3% merchant Credit Card fee and a 5% restocking fee and will be refunded within 14 business days.
