260 mm weld spacing yields 7.2" × 6.0" cells — roughly 35% smaller than BaseCore™ Standard and nearly 50% smaller than typical industry geocells. More confinement walls per square foot means more lock-up under load.
Multiplied bearing capacity
Tighter confinement turns loose aggregate into a semi-rigid mattress. Result: sustained hoof, trailer, and skid-steer turning without rutting, pumping, or edge break-down where the Standard panel would deflect.
